My name is Kyle. I started working in the fundraising industry in 2010, knocking on doors. Face-to-face fundraising gave me so many transferable skills that I took into future roles; it’s really amazing the amount of skills having real human interactions gives you and the opportunities it opens up. I left fundraising to work in a call centre, but I realised that I wanted to get back into the industry and joined SMILE in 2019. I am now Head of Compliance at SMILE, and I make sure our fundraisers and partners are completely compliant and that we deliver the highest standards to our charity partners.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two children and making sure we are building lasting memories. I have a passion for film and football—TOON TOON BLACK AND WHITE ARMY!
