I’m Louis and I have worked through almost every sector of SMILE throughout the 5+ years I have been here. From door-to-door fundraising to welcome call supervisor to now recruitment, I have enjoyed every moment of it. I have been allowed to learn so much throughout everything I have done, and with the experience I have gained, I'm now at a point where I am able to book people in and interview individuals who I know will be excellent additions to our ever-growing team.

I love seeing how this company is constantly adapting and evolving to make sure that not only are our supporters receiving the best quality work, but so are our staff.

Outside of work, I am a musician, and I have always been allowed to have it intertwine with my job so I can have creative freedom in my life and at work.
